参芪五味咀嚼片免疫调节及升白作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪五味咀嚼片免疫调节和升白细胞的药理作用,阐明其作用机制。方法:观察参芪五味咀嚼片对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬能力、血清溶血素生成以及对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致迟发型超敏反应的影响;观察参芪五味咀嚼片对小鼠^(60)Co照射所致白细胞减少症的影响及对小鼠环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少症的影响。结果:参芪五味咀嚼片可明显提高环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬能力,增加其血清溶血素生成,增强对2,4-二硝基氯苯所致迟发型超敏反应,具有增强非特异性免疫、体液免疫及细胞免疫功能的作用;参芪五味咀嚼片还能明显对抗^(60)Co照射及环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞的减少,具有升白细胞作用。结论:参芪五味咀嚼片具有免疫增强及升白的作用。Objective：To observe the immune regulation and leukogenic effect of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets.Method：The effect of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets on immune regulation in the immunosuppressive mice caused by cyclophosphamide was observed by the phagocytosis of reticuloendothelial system in mice,the production of serum hemolysin and delayed-type hypersensitive response induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene.The leukogenic effect of Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets was observed by the white blood cell number after the mice were exposed to Co or administered cyclophosphamide.Result：Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets with low, medium and high dosage could significantly increase phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mice,the production of serum hemolysin and delayed-type hypersensitive response.Conclusion：Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets have notable immunity regulation and leukogenic effect.
