非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的疗效与依从性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的临床疗效和患者依从性,为社区高血压防治提供依据。方法:采用随机单盲将300名深圳市梅林社区管理的高血压患者分成2组,A组150例子尼群地平片20 mg,po,bid;B组150例予非洛地平缓释片5 mg,po,qd。疗程均为24周。每8周末测血压,并统计治疗依从性及药品不良反应。结果:治疗第8、16、24周末,与A组比较,B组血压下降幅度、治疗依从性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压患者疗效显著,治疗依从性好,可作为治疗社区高血压的首选药物。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and treatment compliance of felodipine sustained release tablets in the patients with hypertension in community to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in community.Method： In a randomized single-blind experiment,300 hypertension patients in community were divided into two groups,A group of 150 patients with nitrendipine tablets and B group of 150 cases with felodipine sustained release tablets.The treatment duration was 24 weeks.At every 8 weekend,blood pressure,statistical treatment compliance and adverse reactions were recorded.Result：After the treatment, the antihypertensive efficacy and the treatment compliance in B group showed statistically significant difference compared with those in A group（P 0.05 ）.Conclusion：Felodipine sustained release tablets exhibit significant effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension in community,and the treatment compliance is promising,suggesting ihe tablets can be used as the first choice drug in hypertension treatment in community.
