摘　　要：游资不是一个确定不变的资金力量，它以获取最大收益为目标，在一定条件下，各种资金都会汇集到游资队伍中来，使社会游资规模迅速膨胀，对社会经济生活产生巨大影响。研究游资监控问题，核心是要正确界定游资的内涵，防止违规资金对我国经济的冲击。As a definit capital power, hot money aims at maximizing earnings. Under certain conditions, various forms of funds converge on the category of hot money, which makes the scale of hot money swell, and imposes great impact on social and economic life. The study of the control of hot money should be centered on correctly defining the connotation of hot money and preventing regulation-breaking funds from giving shocks to China's economy.
