针药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:150例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分成针药结合组、电针对照组和药物对照组,3组样本各50例。针药结合组予电针刺激结合罗盖全胶丸口服治疗;电针对照组给予电针治疗;药物对照组给予罗盖全胶丸口服治疗;各组均治疗6个月后进行疗效评定。结果:3组治疗后疼痛评分、骨密度、24小时尿Ca/Cr值、E2指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),针药组改善优于两个对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效显著。Objective:To observe the curative effect of postmenopausal osteoporosis treated with electroacupuncture combining with medicine. Methods:150 cases with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups, electroacupuncture combining with medicine, medicine and electroacupuncture control groups, each group was given the corresponding treatment for six months, appraising the total curative effect, recording pain score(VAS) changes, determining serum calcium, phosphorus ,alkaline phosphatase and E2 contents and urine Ca/Cr in 24 hours, detecting bone mineral density. Results:The curative effect of electroacupuncture combining with medicine group was better than that in the other control groups, the total effectiveness rate was 96%, the pain score was obviously decreased in the three groups, the effect of electroacupuncture combining with medicine group was the most significant, to compare with the other two control groups, the difference was obvious; bone mineral density of three groups patients was all raised after treatment, the effect of electroacupuncture combining with medicine group was the most significant, serum E2 level was obvious increased and urine Ca/Cr in 24 hours was decreased after treated in three groups, the effects of electroacupuncture combining with medicine group were better than those of the other two control groups, these were no significant changes in serum calcium, phosphorus ,alkaline phosphatase in three groups before and after treated. Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combining with medicine can effectively treat postmenopausal osteoporosis.
