摘  要:汽油产品质量的不断升级对炼油企业的脱硫技术提出了更高要求。镇海炼化分公司1.5 Mt/a FCC汽油脱硫装置采用S-Zorb专利技术,具有脱硫效率高、辛烷值损失少等特点,可连续生产硫含量满足国Ⅴ标准的超低硫汽油。S-Zorb专利技术在美国工业应用后,生产装置的单个运行周期只有3~6个月。镇海炼化分公司在第一个生产周期内连续生产26个月后按计划检修,创国内外较好水平。结合装置第一个生产周期实际运行情况,分析了影响装置长周期运行的因素,并提出对策。The continuous upgrading of gasoline specifications has an increasing requirement for desulfu- rization technologies in petroleum refineries. The proprietary S-Zorb technology applied in the 1.5 MM TPY FCC gasoline desulfurization unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd is high in desulfuriza- tion efficiency and low in octane loss, and can continuously produce ultra low sulfur gasoline meeting Guo V specifications. When S-Zorb technology was used in the commercial unit in the United States, the operating cycle of the unit is only 3 -6 months. Whereas, the S-Zorb unit in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. has run continuously and reliably for 26 months before scheduled turnaround. Based upon the operation of first operation cycle, the factors affecting the long-term operation of the unit are analyzed and countermeasures are recommended.
