摘 要:介绍了新型挡板式和格栅填料式催化裂化高效汽提技术的特点及工业应用情况。中石化洛阳工程有限公司融合汽提器内件结构因素和工艺条件,开发了催化裂化新型挡板式汽提器和新型格栅填料式汽提器。在结构方面,该技术着眼于提高气固接触空间和接触效率,催化剂颗粒在汽提器内和汽提介质得到了充分接触和均匀分配,提高了汽提效率。两段汽提工艺则注重汽提蒸汽在汽提器内上、下区域的流向及分配,旨在提高汽提蒸汽的有效利用率。该系列汽提器已获7项国家专利。新型挡板式汽提器(LZT-Ⅰ型、LZT-Ⅱ型)和新型格栅填料式汽提器(LZT-Ⅲ型)已成功工业化30套FCC装置,装置处理量为0.15~2.8 Mt/a,其工业应用结果表明:汽提器流化稳定、运转正常,焦炭中氢质量分数分别降低到6%~8%和4%~7%,汽提效果好,经济效益显著。还分析了催化裂化汽提技术的发展趋势。The technical features of high-efficiency new baffle stripper and grid packing stripper for FCCU and their commercial applications are introduced. SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation has successfully developed new baffle stripper and grid packing stripper for FCCU in full consideration of inter- nals construction and process conditions. In construction, the technology has increased the contact space and contact efficiency of gas and solids, which allows sufficient contact and uniform distribution of catalysts parti- cles and stripping media in the stripper. The stripping efficiency is improved. In two-stage stripping process, the flow and distribution of stripping steam are well designed to improve the utilization efficiency of stripping steam. The state-of-art strippers have been granted with 7 patent rights by China state patent authorities. The new baffle stripper ( LZT- I type, LZT- ]I type) and new grid packing stripper ( LZT- II type) have been suc- cessfully applied in 30 commercial FCC units with capacities ranging from 150,000 TPY to 2.8 million TPY. The commercial operation of the strippers shows that the stripper is stable in fluidization and reliable in opera- tion. The hydrogen in coke is reduced to 0.6% -0.8% and 0.4% -0.7% and respectively. The stripping efficiency is high and economic benefit is significant. The development trend of FCC stripper technology is discussed.
