摘　　要：针对烟台市在市区融合、特色打造、新老城区建设等方面存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了相应对策,并从提高规划建设档次、完善基础设施建设、加快城市特色打造、破解城建发展瓶颈四个方面作了具体阐述,以期促进烟台市城市建设,提升其城市竞争力。The paper analyzes some problems in the integration of cities,the creation of features and the urban construction of old and new zones in Yantai,points out respective policy,and illustrates from the promotion of the planning construction,the improvement of the infrastructure construction,the acceleration of urban feature creation,and the solutions to bottleneck of urban construction development,so as to enhance the urban construction of Yantai and promote its urban competition.
