摘　　要：本文阐述微创技术在泌尿系结石治疗中的进展,以进一步规范体外冲击波碎石术、输尿管镜碎石术、经皮肾镜碎石术、腹腔镜切口取石术的适应证及禁忌证,为医生更好掌握微创治疗的术式提供参考。This paper elaborates the latest developments of manimally invasive tec, hniques in treatment of urinary stones, in order to regulate the indications and contraindications of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL）, ureteroscopy lithotripsy （URL）, pereutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy （PCNL） and retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy （RUL）, and provide a reference for urology doctors choose the minimally invasive method more appropriately.
