螺旋CT三期扫描对胃癌术前分期的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的对螺旋CT三期扫描对胃癌术前分期的诊断价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床诊疗工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法随机抽取2010年6月～2012年6月本院收治的病理证实为胃癌的临床患者51例,在术前对其进行螺旋CT三期扫描,展开TNM分期,并与病理结果进行对比分析。结果本组51例患者CT病灶检出率为100.00%,其中T分期与病理分期符合率为72.55%,N分期与病理分期符合率为52.94%,M分期与病理分期符合率为90.20%。结论胃癌患者术前行螺旋CT三期扫描对于术前分期、治疗方案的选择具有重要的指导作用,值得临床给予关注。Objective To analyze and evaluate the diagnostic value of three phase spiral CT scanning in preoperative staging of gastric cancer, and provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Fifty one cases of gastric cancer patients confirmed by pathology in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected, all patients were given three phase scan of spiral CT before operation, expand TNM staging, and the results were compared with pathologic findings. Results In 51 cases of patients, lesion detection rate of CT was 100.00%, coincidence rate of T staging and pathological staging was 72.55%, coincidence rate of N staging and pathological staging was 52.94%, coincidence rate of M staging and pathological staging was 90.20%. Conclusion Preoperative spiral CT scanning has important guiding role in preoperative staging, treatment options of gastric cancer patients, and it is worthy of clinical attention.
