小儿静脉留置针固定法效果比较

摘　　要：目的讨论更有效的小儿留置针固定法。方法将200例患者随机分为两组,观察组以输液贴固定留置针针柄,再加敷料贴膜固定,然后用弹力绷带固定;对照组用输液贴固定留置针针柄,再加敷料贴膜固定,然后用小手板和弹力绷带固定。结果观察组留置针保留平均时间(4.3d)和家长满意度(98%)高于对照组留置针保留的平均时间(2.3d)和家长满意度(74%)。结论小儿留置针以输液贴固定留置针针柄,再加辅料贴膜固定,然后用弹力绷带固定方法保留时间长,家长的满意度高,患儿较舒适、配合较好,减少了护士的工作量,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss more effective fixation methods of indwelling trocar in children patients. Methods Two hundred patients were divided into observation group and control group in random. In the observation group, the affected children were fixed with infusion paste in the handle of indwelling trocar, then excipient film, and finally with elastic bandage. In the control group, participants were fixed with infusion paste in the handle of indwelling trocar, then excepient film, and finally with small board and elastic bandage. Results The average time of indwelling trocar for retention was 4.3 days and parents＂ satisfaction reached up to 98% in the observation group, much higher than those in the control group that were 2.3 days and 74% respectively. Conclusion The fixation method applied in the observation group has some advantages of long retention time, high parents＂ satisfaction, comfort for children patients, and good cooperation between children patients and nurses, which reduces the nurses＂ workload. It is worthy of extension in clinic.
