摘　　要：目的探讨早期显微外科手术治疗脑前循环脑动脉瘤的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2008年7月～2011年12月收治的采用显微外科手术治疗脑前循环脑动脉瘤破裂的患者43例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组43例患者,33例治愈,7例轻残,2例重残,1例死亡,其中24h内手术的患者,其治愈率明显高于24h之后的患者,手术时间越晚,重残率和死亡率越高。结论采用早期显微手术治疗破裂的前循环脑动脉瘤可有效改善患者的预后,降低致死率和致残率。Objective To explore the clinieal treatment effect of early phase mieosurgery for ruptured cerebral anterior circulating aneurysm.Methods Forly-three patients of cerebral anterior circulating aneurysm who were given miero surgical treatment from July 2008 to December 2011 were selected, and tile elinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 43 cases of patients, 33 patients were cured, 7 cases of slight disability. 2 cases of heavy disability, 1 case was dead,the cure rate of patients treated within 24 h was obviously higher than patients treated after 24 h, the later surgery time is. the higher heavy residual rate and the mortality rate is. Conclusion The early microsurgery treatment of erebral anterior circulating aneurysm can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the fatality rate and disability rate.
