摘  要:海洋石油开发平台井喷溢油事件随海洋石油资源开发力度的加大越来越频繁。对溢油事件的及时准确的跟踪监测是溢油回收和灾害损失评估的重要保证。分析了 1 996年年底发生在黄河口外海域的石油平台井喷溢油事件的 LANDSAT TM卫星图像 ,讨论了各个波段上油膜带的光谱响应 ,TM图像的空间分辨率对识别滩涂和潮沟内的油膜带的分布是十分有效的。 TM图像的 1 - 4波段油膜带的光谱特征明显 ,与周围地物的反差值大。同时 ,由于受云的覆盖影响 ,不能得到溢油区的图像 。With the exploitation of marine oil resources,the oil-spilling accidents on oil platform occur more frequently than ever.It's very important for spilling-oil reclamation and hazard loss assessment to trace and monitor spilling-oil dynamically and properly.Through the analysis of LANDSAT TM image of oil-spilling accidents in the platform outside Huanghekou in the end of 1996,this paper has shown the spectra responding of oil film belt of different bands.It also dedicates that the spatial resolution of TM is very helpful to discriminate the distribution of oil film belt in beaches and ditches.In 1~4 bands of TM the spectral featrue is very distinct.It's a pity that in the detection of spilling oil accidents images of oil-spilling zones are usually not available for the influence of clouds.
