摘　　要：目的优选护肝醒酒浓缩丸的最佳提取工艺。方法以浸膏得率、总黄酮及甘草酸的提取量作为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验优选方中陈皮、甘草、山楂和泽泻中的黄酮类和三萜类有效成分的提取方法。结果最佳提取方法为用10倍量90%乙醇提取2.5 h,回流提取2次。结论优选的提取方法对浸膏得率、总黄酮及甘草酸的提取效率高,经济、合理、简单可行,适用于生产。Objective To optimize the extraction of Hugan Xingjiu pills.Methods The extraction process of Hugan Xingjiu pills was optimized by orthogonal test,using the extract ratio,flavonoid and glycyrrhizic acid content as evaluation markers.Results The optimum alcohol extraction of Huganxingjiu pills was： 10 times of 90% alcohol as the solvent to extract twice and reflux for 2.5 h each time.Conclusion The extraction rate of active components in the pills is high by the selected technology,which is simple,economic,rational and feasible.
