2012年盐城市亭湖区看守所羁押人员艾滋病知识知晓率调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解盐城市亭湖区看守所羁押人群对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,为有针对性地进行宣传教育和健康促进提供依据。[方法]2012年2月,在盐城市看守所中选择2个监区,对全部275名羁押人员进行调查。[结果]调查263人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为88.21%,其中传播途径为95.06%,非传播途径为85.93%。艾滋病相关知识知晓率,男性为89.79%,女性为75.00%(P<0.05);20～29岁为92.11%,30～39岁为90.98%,40～49岁为81.82%,≥50岁为71.43%(P<0.05);文盲者为76.92%,小学文化者为76.92%,初中者为93.68%,高中、中专者为92.19%,大专者为88.46%,大学及以上者为84.62%(P<0.05)。[结论]盐城市亭湖区看守所羁押人群的艾滋病知识知晓率不高。Objeetive To understand the awareness status of AIDS-related knowledge among prisoners in Yancheng city jail,so as to provides the basis for popu｜arirty education and health promotion. ~Methods~ A questionnaire survey on AIDS-related knowledge was conducted among prisoners of two prisons randomly selected from Yancheng city jail. rRe- suits-]A total of 263 prisoners received the survey, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 88.21%, 96.08% for the known routes of transmission,85.93%for non-transmission,89.79%for male,75.00for female（ P 〈0.05） ;92. 11% for 20-29 age group, 90.98% for 30-39 age group, 81.82% for 40-49 age group, 71.43% for 50 age group （P 〈0.05） 76.92 % for illiterates, 76.92 ~ for primary school, 93.68 for junior high school, 92.19 % for professional school and sen- ior high school, 88.46 for college, 84.62 % for university （ P 〈 0.05）. [-Conelusion~ The awareness rate of AIDS knowl- edge among prisoners in Yancheng city jail is low.
