摘　　要：[目的]为了解周口市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓情况、高危行为发生状况及艾滋病、丙肝、梅毒感染情况,为艾滋病预防与控制提供依据。[方法]2011年4～6月对到周口市疾病预防控制中心性病门诊男性就诊者进行调查,并进行HIV抗体、HCV抗体和梅毒抗体检测。[结果]调查400人,16～40岁者占81.25%,在婚者占58.25%,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为77.25%。最近3个月与商业性工作者发生过性行为的224人(占56.00%),有22人(占9.82%)每次都使用安全套;最近3个月,与临时性伴发生过性行为的45人(占11.25%),有4人(占8.89%)每次都使用安全套;最近1年,曾被诊断患过性病的148人(占37.00%);最近1年内接受相关预防艾滋病服务的105人(占26.25%)。检测400人,HIV抗体阳性2例,阳性率0.50%;HCV抗体阳性1例,阳性率为0.25%;梅毒抗体阳性11例,阳性率为2.75%。[结论]周口市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓水平较高,具有较高无保护的危险性行为。[Objective]To understand the H1V/AIDS related knowledge, behaviors, HIV and syphilis infection among male attendants to STD clinics in Zhouk0u city,so as to provide basis for strategies for HIV and STD control and preven- tion. [Methods]An anonymous questionnaire was made among male attendants to STD clinics in Zhoukou City Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2011, and HIV/HCV/syphilis was obtained from their blood samples. [Results]Those aged 16 to 40 years accounted for 81.25 % among 400 cases, 58.250% were married. The overall awareness rate of the AIDS- related knowledge was 77.25 %;In the 400 cases,224 cases had sexual experience with commercial sexual partners within the recent three months,and only 9.82 %of them used condoms every time;45 cases had sexual experience with non-com- mercial sexual partners besides their wives,8.89% used condom every time. 148 cases had sexually transmitted diseases in the past year, 105 cases received intervention services. 2 cases was found positive in the HIV, The positive rate was 0.50 %,1 case was found positive in the HCV, 11 cases were found positive in the syphilis. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge is higher among male attendant,~ to STD clinics in Zhoukou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and they have higher unprotected dangerous behavior.
