摘　　要：在介绍电子病历基本概念和体系架构的基础上,以肺癌为例阐述电子病历系统研发过程,包括基础问题、主要内容、应用目标、技术特色、意义及业务流程等,并简要探讨未来电子病历系统的发展趋势。Based on the introduction of basic concept and system architecture of electronic medical records（EHR）,the paper elaborates the development process of EHR system taking lung cancer as an example,including basic problems,main contents,application objectives, technical features,significance,business process,etc.It also briefly discusses the future development trend of EHR system.
