摘　　要：阐述创新能力的概念,具体说明对医院信息技术人员创新能力的要求,在此基础上提出创新能力的培养措施,包括增强创新意识、培养创新思维、提高业务素质等方面。The paper introduces the concept of innovation capability,explains the innovation capability requirements for information technology staffs in hospital,based on the above it puts forward cultivation measures,including enhancing innovative consciousness, thinking more on innovation,promoting professional literacy,etc.
