复方叶下珠滴丸体外抗乙肝病毒的初步实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方叶下珠滴丸体外的抗乙肝病毒作用。方法将复方叶下珠滴丸试药稀释后,分别加入HepG2.2.15细胞培养液和HBsAg阳性人血清中,于37℃5%CO2培养箱孵育后,收取上清液,采用ELISA法及荧光定量PCR法,分析药物对细胞培养上清液和人血清培养液中HBsAg、HBeAg及HBV DNA含量的影响。结果复方叶下珠滴丸体外对HBsAg、HBeAg和HBV DNA有不同程度的抑制作用,抑制效果最好浓度为120 mg/mL,时间为72 h。结论实验结果证明复方叶下珠滴丸具有明显的体外抗乙肝病毒作用。Objective To observe the function of anti-hepatitis B virus of Compound Phyllanthus Dripping Pills in vitro. Methods Compound Phyllanthus Dripping Pills diluted reagent were added to HepG2.2.15 cell culture medium and serum HBsAg positive and supernatant were collected after incubation under the condition of 37℃5% CO2incu- bator. Applying ELISA and fluorescence quantitative PCR to analyse the impact of drugs on the cell culture super- natant and human serum HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA content of the culture medium. Results There were different degrees of inhibition to Compound Phyllanthus Dripping Pills for HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA in vitro. The best in- hibitory effect concentration was 120 mg/mL with 72 h. Conclusion Experimental results show that Compound Phyl- lanthus Dripping Pills has significant anti-hepatitis B virus in vitro.
