摘　　要：随着冠状动脉造影的普及,一组临床表现为典型心绞痛的患者,冠状动脉造影检查几乎正常,但仅表现为冠状动脉血流缓慢而引起的心肌缺血,被广大临床工作者将其称为冠状动脉慢血流型心绞痛。迄今为止尚无法将其划分到现行的任何一种心绞痛类型中。该病临床特点复杂,机制尚不明确,治疗方法也不尽人意,近年来许多学者为此做了众多的临床研究,使这一临床综合征的特征逐渐被认识。本文笔者采用文献复习归纳总结的方法,展示冠脉慢血流型心绞痛的临床特征。With the widely use of coronary angiography, a typical angina patients with myocardial ischemia owing to slow coronary flow and without obstructive coronary disease are considered slow coronary flow angina by many clinical physicians. But so far, it can not be classified into any type of angina, because its clinical and pathological features are unclear, but there are many findings about it. So, its clinical features are gradually known. The advances of its clinical features, diagnosis methods and treatments were reviewed, which will show its clinical features.
