ClK免疫治疗结合氩氦刀治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨ClK免疫治疗结合氩氦刀治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选取我院2012年4月～2012年8月收治的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者56例,均采用ClK免疫治疗结合氩氦刀治疗,将患者随机分为两组,28例患者采用常规护理为对照组,28例患者采用护理干预为观察组,比较两组患者治疗后的近期疗效、症状缓解、免疫功能、生活质量、并发症等情况。结果观察组近期疗效的有效率(89.3%)明显高于对照组(64.3%),观察组咳嗽、痰血、胸痛、气促、乏力等症状缓解情况明显好于对照组,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均明显高于于对照组,观察组生活质量提高率(67.9%)明显高于对照组(35.7%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组CD3+高于对照组,观察组CD8+低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率(14.3%)低于对照组(25.0%),差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 ClK免疫治疗结合氩氦刀治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌时,给予有效的护理干预可以明显改善患者的临床病症和免疫功能指标,提高患者的生活质量,近期疗效改善显著且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing methods on C1K combined with metastable Helium knife in the treatment of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods 56 patients with ad- vanced non small cell lung cancer were selected in the hospital from April 2012 to Augest 2012, who were treated with C1K immune therapy and metastable helium knife. Patients were randomly divided into two groups. 28 patients used routine care as the control group. 28 patients used nursing intervention as the observation group. The curative effect in the near future, relief of symptoms, immune function, quality of life and complication were compared between two groups after treatment. Results Efficiency of curative effect in the observation group （89.3%） was significantly higher than the control group （64.3%）. Symptoms relief in cough, sputum blood, chest pain, shortness of breath and fatigue in the observation group were obviously better than that of the control group. CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ in the observa- tion group were significantly higher than the control group. Quality of life higher rate in the observation group （67.9%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （35.7%）. The differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）. CD3＋ in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. CD8＋ in the observation group was low- er than that of the control group. Complication rate in the observation group （14.3%） was lower than that of the con- trol group （25.0%）. The differences were not statistically significant （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion CIK immunotherapy combined with metastable helium knife in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer given effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the index of immune function, which can also improve the quality of life of patients and the curative effect. The complication rate is low. That is worthy of clinical use.
