单纯性肥胖人群营养知识-态度-行为调查表信度及效度分析

摘　　要：目的制订单纯性肥胖人群营养知识-态度-行为(KAP)调查表,并对其信度、效度进行检验和分析。方法收集82例符合研究标准的受试人群,填写单纯性肥胖人群营养KAP调查表。采用重测法,使用Kappa系数进行信度分析,用相关系数进行效度分析。结果调查表各条目的 Kappa系数在0.685 4～0.850 5,各条目得分与总分之间相关系数在0.316 1～0.719 5,有相关性且均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。统计结果显示,该调查表与研究之初设想一致,能较好地体现单纯性肥胖人群的营养知识-态度-行为现状。结论本研究制订的单纯性肥胖人群营养KAP调查表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于肥胖人群营养知识-态度-行为的调查。Objective To formulate the simple obesity patients nutrition knowledge attitude practice （KAP） question- naire,and to testify and analyze its reliability and validity. Methods 82 cases were collected in the line with the study standards to fill in the simple obesity patients nutrition KAP questionnaire. The test-retest method, using Kappa coef- ficient was used to analyze its reliability, and correlation coefficient was used to analyze its validity. Results The Kap- pa coefficient of all items in the questionnaire was 0.685 4 to 0.850 5, the correlation coefficient between the scores of each item and the total scores was 0.316 1 to 0.719 5, which had correlation and the correlation was all statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The statistical results showed, the questionnaire was consistent with the ideas at the beginning of research, and could better reflect the simple obesity patients nutrition knowledge attitude practice. Conclusion The simple obesity patients nutrition knowledge attitude practice questionnaire formulated in this study is good in reliability and validity, which can be used for simple obesity patients nutrition knowledge attitude practice survey.
