Jack Ma,that's who.On January 10, Ma announced that Alibaba would be undergoing major 'organizational and cultural reforms' with plans to take the companies recently established seven major business sectors and further divide them into 25 different departments.Five days later, he made an additional announcement:starting on May 10,he would no longer act as Alibaba CEO. It will be interesting to watch the major competitive games that Jack Ma is sure to hold over the next few months.Not only does he have to choose new department heads,he also has to find his replacement, all the while maintaining the platform's competitive edge.
