大庆农村哮喘患者死亡率的分析研究

摘　　要：目的:了解大庆地区农村哮喘患者的病死率。方法:随机调查大庆地区农村人口41384人,确诊哮喘患者721例。由各乡村基层医务调查人员对所有患者进行逐户调查并填写调查表。结果:哮喘患者总病死率12%,哮喘病死率7.0%,其中男性病死率19%,哮喘病死率12.3%;女性病死率5.8%,哮喘病死率8.2%;男女患病比1:1.52,男女病死率比1:0.87;哮喘患者死亡年龄42～81岁,平均70岁。哮喘患者非哮喘死亡的疾病主要脑血管疾病26%,心血管疾病27.5%,恶性肿瘤40%,其他30%。结论:本次调查反映了大庆农村地区哮喘患者的8年死亡率,有关资料为今后哮喘的相关研究提供了依据。Objective：To study the mortality rate of patients with asthma in Daqing countryside.Methods：41384 persons were surveyed at random in Daqing countryside,and 721 cases were diagnosed with asthma among them.Each case was required to fill in the questionnaire survey with the help of investigators.Results：The total mortality rate was 12% in asthma patients.But only 7% patients died from asthma.The total mortality rate was 12% in male asthma patients and 12.3% male patients died from asthma.The total mortality rate was 5.8% in female asthma patients and 8.2% died from asthma.The ratio was 1：1.52 between male and female asthma patients.The mortality rate ratio was 1：0.87 in male and female groups.The minimum death age was 42years old in asthma patents,and the maximum death age was 81years old.The median death age was 70years old.The other death reasons in patients with asthma included 26% cerebrovascular disease,27.5% cardiovascular disease,40% malignant tumor,30% other reasons.Conclusion：The asthma mortality rates are made known in Daqing countryside.The data would provide the basis to investigate further asthma.
