乳酸菌片防治小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸菌片防治小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果。方法 2011年10月至2012年10月收治的符合入选标准小儿肺炎180例分为预防组60例,入院后即采取口服乳酸菌片,1岁内1/2片,2～3岁1片/次,3次/d;治疗组60例,发生继发性腹泻口服乳酸菌片,1岁内1/2片,2～3岁1片/次,3次/d;对照组60例,发生继发性腹泻常规处理,不应用微生态制剂治疗。结果预防组继发性腹泻发生率明显低于治疗组、对照组继发性腹泻发生率,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗组总有效率92.85%优于常规组总有效率51.16%,经统计学分析两组总有效率比较P<0.05,有显著差异性。结论通过对本次研究,观察到应用乳酸菌片可以显著减少小儿肺炎治疗过程中继发腹泻发生,促进继发腹泻恢复;应用正常肠道菌群制剂进行维生态治疗,可以预防和治疗继发腹泻。表明应用乳酸菌片可以显著减少小儿肺炎治疗过程中继发腹泻发生,促进继发腹泻恢复。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of infantile pneumonia with lactic acid bacteria secondary diarrhea effect.Methods 2011-10-2012-10 from which included 180 cases of infantile pneumonia were divided into prevention group 60 cases,after admission to take oral lactobacillus tablets,1 in 1 /2,2 ～ 3 years 1/time,3 times a day;60 cases in the treatment group,the occurrence of secondary diarrhea oral lactobacillus tablets,1 year old 1 /2,2 ～ 3 years 1/time,3 times a day;60 cases in the control group,the occurrence of secondary diarrhea in conventional processing,should not have the dimensional ecological treatment.Results The prevention group of secondary diarrhea incidence was significantly lower in the treatment group,control group of secondary diarrhea incidence,statistical analysis,P 0.05,there are significant differences.The total effective rate of treatment group is better than that of routine group 92.85% of the total efficiency of 51.16%,through statistical analysis of two groups of the total efficiency comparison of P 0.05,there are significant differences.Conclusion Based on this study,observed that application of lactic acid bacteria tablet can obviously reduce the pediatric pneumonia during the treatment of secondary diarrhea,promote the recovery of secondary diarrhea;application of normal intestinal flora preparations for dimensional ecological treatment,can prevent and treat secondary diarrhea.To demonstrate the application of lactic acid bacteria tablet can obviously reduce the pediatric pneumonia during the treatment of secondary diarrhea,promote the recovery of secondary diarrhea.
