摘　　要：目的探讨成人型胆总管囊肿的诊断和手术治疗经验。方法回顾总结本院32例成人型胆总管囊肿患者的临床资料。结果 28例均行囊肿切除、肝管空肠Roux-en-Y型胆道重建术,3例患者因急性胆系感染并腹膜炎者行单纯内引流术,1例因囊肿恶变不能切除,术后患者未出现严重并发症。结论在胆总管囊肿诊断中应推广MRCP,手术时机的选择尤为重要,手术方式首选囊肿切除、肝管空肠Roux-en-Y型胆道重建术。Objective To explore adult choledochal cyst diagnosis and operation treatment experience.Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases of adult choledochal cysts in patients with clinical data.Results 28 cases all underwent resection of the cyst,hepatic duct jejunum type Roux-en-Y biliary reconstruction,3 patients due to acute biliary infection and peritonitis patients with internal drainage,1 case due to cyst malignant unresectable,postoperative patients does not appear severe complications.Conclusion The choledochal cyst diagnosis should be to promote MRCP,operation timing is very important,operation mode choice cyst resection,hepatic duct jejunum type Roux-en-Y biliary reconstruction.
