微创血肿穿刺抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微创血肿穿刺抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法将76例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,观察组行微创血肿穿刺术,对照组行小骨窗血肿清除术,观察并对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治愈率63.2%,总有效率为92.1%,对照组治愈率42.1%,总有效率为76.3%,观察组的治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论微创血肿穿刺抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压性脑出血创伤小、疗效显著,是治疗高血压脑出血较为理想的方法。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of minimally invasive hematoma aspiration drainage combinding urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 76 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each group, the minimally invasive hematoma aspiration drainage and a small bone window hematoma treatment were performed on patients in the two group respectively, and the therapeutic effect after treatment was compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 63.2% and 92.1%, while the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 42.1% and 76.3%, both the cure rate and the total effective rate showed significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive hematoma aspiration drainage combinding urokinase is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, which is an ideal method in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
