摘　　要：目的观察硝酸甘油控制性降压在鼻内窥镜手术中的应用。方法 80例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级全麻下进行鼻内镜手术的患者,随机分为控制性降压组(40例)和对照组(40例),全麻诱导后分别静脉泵注硝酸甘油和生理盐水,观察两组患者术中心率、血压、出血情况、手术时间、不良反应。结果两组患者术中心率、血压、出血量及手术时间差异有统计学意义。术中、术后均无麻醉并发症发生。结论硝酸甘油控制性降压用于鼻内窥镜手术,能有效控制血压,明显减少出血量,提供良好的手术条件。Objective To observe the effect of controlled hypotension by Nitroglycerin in nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods 80 ASAⅠ～Ⅱpatients undergoing selective nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into controlled hypotension group（n=40） and control group （n=40）. Nitroglycerin or saline were administered after induction of general anesthesia. The blood pressure, heart rate,operation time, the surgical field quality and side effects were compared between the two groups during controlled hypotension. Results There were significant differences in HR,BP and the amount of bleeding between the two groups. No side effects were observed in controlled hypotension group during and after operation. Conclusion Nitroglycerin is effective in obtaining controlled hypotension in Nasal endoscopic surgery and provides appropriate surgical conditions by reducing the amount of bleeding.
