新疆兵团区域发展的协调性研究:基于人口、资源与公共服务的视角

摘　　要：本文首先利用基尼系数与地理联系率探究兵团人口分布与各类社会经济活动的均衡性,其次从相对资源承载力的演变与区域差异的分析入手,以人口和经济为双重考虑的分析方法,对兵团相对资源承载力进行新探索,再次用变异系数法分析和比较兵团公共服务差异状况。最后得出结论:除重工业外,其它各产业产值与人口分布相对均衡,兵团综合资源承载力稳中有升,兵团公共卫生服务、义务教育、医疗保障服务均等化程度明显提高,养老保障和失业保障服务区域差距逐年扩大。The paper firstly use the Gini-coefficient and geographical coefficient rate to study the balance of XPCC＇s various socio-economic activities and population distribution,followed by starting from the analysis of the evolution of the relative car- rying capacity of resources and regional differences to population and economic the dual consideration of analytical methods, the carrying capacity of resources Corps relatively new to explore, re-analysis of the coefficient of variation method and com- pared the difference in status of the Corps public service. Conclusion：In addition to heavy industry, other industrial output and population distribution is relatively balanced, Corps carrying capacity of resources steadily Corps Public Health Service, com- pulsory education,medical insurance service equalization significantly improve old-age insurance and unemployment insurance service area has expanded each year the gap.
