摘　　要：儒家社群主义的基本思想可以概括为:以"仁爱"与"性善"为本质的个人观,以家庭(家族)为中心的群体观,群己合一、以群为重的群己观,"重德轻法"的治国观。儒家社群主义作为东亚地区传统文化体系的核心内容,表现出了明显的地区特质性,与西方自由主义思想观念形成了强烈的反差和巨大的差异,构成了独具特色的"东亚经济模式"的文化根基和思想基础。通过对"东亚经济模式"宏观层面的"政府主导"、微观层面的"宗法式企业制度"两个基本特征的历史考察,可以清晰地洞悉儒家社群主义的文化传统对"东亚经济模式"形成所具有的不可替代的重要作用。Confucian communitarian basic idea can be summed up as： ＂benevolence＂and＂kindness＂as the nature of the personal outlook; the family （family）-centric view of groups; the integrity of the group and oneself, and group-oriented, view of the group;＂Emphasizing virtue and despising law＇concept of governance. Confucian communitarianism as core elements of traditional culture in East Asia, shows clear regional trait, forms a strong contrast with Western liberalism ideas and profound differences, and constitutes a unique cul- tural roots and philosophical foundation for ＂East Asian economic model＂. Through historical investigation of the basic characteristics of macro-level＂Government-led＂＂East Asia mode＂, and micro-level＂patriarchal en- terprise system＂, this paper throw light into the the irreplaceable important role of,Confucian cultural tradition of eommunitarianism in the formation oF＇East Asian economic model＂.
