摘　　要：文章根据对北京市房山区某居民楼节能及热计量综合改造实例的剖析,介绍了改造的实施步骤及具体方法,阐明了旧建筑改造对社会经济发展的重要意义。通过对居民楼的综合改造,节省了社会财富,减短了工期,减少了环境污染,促进了社会的和谐与进步。同时,旧建筑综合改造符合中国可持续发展的战略需求,通过现有资源再利用使其可以重获新生。This article introduces the implementation procedures and specific methods of transformation, and sets out the renovation of old building is of great significance to the socio-economic development by analyzing the energy saving and heat metering comprehensive transformation of a residential building in Fangshan District, Beijing. Through the comprehensive transformation of residential building, we will save the social wealth, shorten the duration, reduce environmental pollution and promote the social harmony and progress. At the same time, it embodies the National Sustainable Development Strategies. The old buildings can be reused by effectively utilizing the existing resources.
