摘　　要：和谐校园是由具有一定功能、相互联系的许多要素组成的一个整体。和谐校园的构建是一个系统工程,在其内部不是简单的某一或几个方面的发展,而是整体的协调发展。本文在对高校工作的细分和和谐校园相关理论研究的基础上,将和谐校园的构建分为5个子系统,分别为组织管理、教学科研、校园文化、校园安全稳定、学生心理健康,并提出了相应的对策。Harmonious campus is composed of many elements which have a certain function and connect each other.
