摘　　要：寒冷地区农村住宅建设,应结合当地农村具体情况,从构造形式及使用材料控制建筑的外墙、门窗、体型系数、屋面及地面。建议改变宅基地尺寸、研发自保温墙体材料,推广可再生能源利用,实现每个房间独立采暖且可控,以达到节能的目的。Rural residential buildings in cold region shall be constructed according to practical local conditions and external wall, doors and windows, appearance coefficient, roof and floor shall be controlled on the aspects of structural form and building materials. It is suggested to reach the energy-saving purpose by changing the size of residence foundation, researching and developing self heat insulation wall material, promoting utilization of regenerative energy and realizing independent and controllable heating in each room.
