摘　　要：首先论述了电子商务对铁路物流的影响,其次提出了铁路物流电子商务策略,最后对铁路物流电子商务系统整体结构与系统进行了阐述。In this paper, we first introduced the influence of the e-commerce on railway logistics, then proposed the strategy of the railway 1o gisties e-commerce practice, and finally elaborated on the overall structure and system of the railway logistics e-commerce system.
