村镇住宅建材物流发展模式研究

摘　　要：住宅产业化作为未来新农村住宅产业的发展方向,对未来村镇建材物流提出新的发展要求。通过对当前村镇建材物流现状以及存在问题的分析,提出未来村镇建材物流将由分散型向集中型的物流发展模式递进,这一发展模式可以降低物流成本,提高物流运行效率和经济收益,最后就村镇建材集中型物流模式的建立和实施提出了相关建议。As the direction for the development of the housing industry of the new rural area, housing industrialization has placed new re- quirements on the housing building material logistics in rural towns. In this paper, through analyzing the current status and existing problems of the housing building material logistics in the rural towns, we proposed that in the future, it would grow, from discrete, into a centralized logistics mode which could reduce logistics cost and improve the efficiency and economic benefit of logistics operation. At the end, we proposed several suggestions concerning the establishment and implementation of the centralized mode of housing building material logistics in the rural towns.
