摘  要:针对网购热潮引发的淘宝网C2C业务物流配送问题,探讨了消费者满意度低的主要原因;通过卖家访谈、买家调研及层次分析法等的综合运用,定性和定量分析了淘宝网C2C物流配送的关键要素,创建了基于行业资源整合的物流配送模式,并提出了具体的实施建议,具有较强的理论价值和实践意义。In this paper, in view of the problems in the logistics and distribution processes of the C2C business of Taobao caused by the tide of online shopping, we discussed the main reasons why the level of customer satisfaction remained low. Then through comprehensive application of seller interview, buyer survey and AHP, we analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively the key factors in the logistics and distribution processes of the C2C business of Taobao, established the mode of logistics and distribution based on integxation of industrial resources, and proposed the specific suggestions for its implementation, which were of rather high theoretical and practical significance.
