摘　　要：根据B2C产业集群式的特点,设计了B2C产业物流配送的集群网络图,运用最小费用最大流,解决了B2C产业集群式供应链库存优化的问题,并对2009年B2C产业服装类的物流集群式配送进行了实证分析。In this paper, according to the characteristics of the B2C industrial cluster, we designed the cluster network chart of the logistics and distribution operation of the B2C industry, using mini-costmax-flow, solved the supply chain inventory problems of the B2C industrial clusters, and finally analyzed empirically the clustered logistics distribution of the B2C garment industry in the year 2009.
