摘 要:通过分析VMI在汽车零配件供应链中的应用,看到VMI在减少牛鞭效应、降低交易成本的同时,也发现了VMI实施过程中责任与利益不统一的问题,于是引入TPL,建立新的"VMI+TPL"模式,并建立数学模型,证明TPL的引入,在分担零配件供应商的责任和风险的同时,也降低了供应商的物流成本,提高了供应商参与VMI的积极性。In this paper, through analyzing the application of VMI in automobile spare parts supply chain, we verified that it could eliminate the bullwhip effect and reduce transaction cost, yet meanwhile it would also trigger the mismatch of responsibility and benefit in the process of its implementation. Then we introduced TPL in the mix and set up the new "VMI+TPL" mode, formulated the mathematical model and provad that by adding the TPL, we could spread out responsibility and risk of the spare parts suppliers and in the meantime, reduce their logistics cost and increase their eagerness to practice VMI.
