摘　　要：科学的电信价格管制模型对促进电信产业的发展具有重要作用,通过借鉴前人的研究成果,在管制模型中引入反映市场竞争程度的因子,构建了一个统一的价格上限管制模型,并分析了该模型在完全垄断、完全竞争、寡头垄断、垄断竞争等4种不同市场竞争形态下的具体表现形式,对我国电信价格管制今后的发展提出了相关建议和对策。Scientific telecom price regulation model plays an important role in promoting telecom industry development. By using previous research results as references, and introducing a factor which can reflect market competition degree into the regulation model, this paper constructs a unified price cap regulation model, analyzes this its concrete form under four kind of different markets of perfect monopoly, perfect competition, oligopoly and monopolistic competition, and finally presents rele- vant suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of china＇s telecom price regulation.
