摘　　要：首先以竞争战略、企业效率和战略执行为研究平台,探讨企业竞争战略效率的内涵与特征;然后分析我国物流企业竞争战略效率的三大影响因子,即资源、能力和环境,并据此设计物流企业竞争战略效率的决定系统及其评价指标体系;最后从客户管理、流程管理、营销管理和供应链管理四个方面,制定一系列提高我国物流企业竞争战略效率的策略组合。On the research platform of competitive strategy, business efficiency and implementation of the strategy, this ar- ticle first discusses the contents and features of enterprises＇ competitive strategy efficiency. Then it analyzes three major imflu- encing factors of Chinese logistics enterprises＇ competitive strategy efficiency which are resources, capability and environment. Based on these, the article designs the decision system and the evaluation index system of logistics enterprises＇ competitive strategy efficiency. Finally, from four aspects of customer management, process management, marketing management and sup- ply chain management, this article proceeds to formtdate a comnination of strategies to enhance Chinese logistics enterprises＇ competitive strategy efficiency.
