摘  要:如何开展在干湿交替环境下的牺牲阳极选型设计是船舶设计者的一大难题。再活化性能是干湿交替条件下牺牲阳极的一个重要特性指标,本文通过对4种海船常用的牺牲阳极的耐干湿交替环境对比试验,测试比较了其不同工作周期的极化曲线、再活化性能。结果表明,在干湿交替环境中阳极的再活化性能从好至差依次为:Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ga-Mn阳极,Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti阳极,Zn-Al-Cd阳极,Al-Zn-In-Cd阳极。The type selection design of the sacrificial anode in wet-dry cyclic environment is a tough challenge for the ship designers. The reactivation performance is one of the important characteristic parameters of sacrificial anodes under wet-dry cycling conditions. Polarization curves and reactivation performances of four sacrificial anodes commonly used for seagoing ships after different wet-dry cycles were tested and compared. The results showed that the reactivation performance of the four anodes decreased in the following order : A1 - Zn - In - Mg - Ga - Mn anode 〉 A1 - Zn - In - Mg - Ti anode 〉 A1 - Zn - In - Cd anode 〉 Zn - A1 - Cd anode.
