摘　　要：目的了解中国人民武装警察基层部队对自然疫源性疾病防控方法的掌握情况及卫生防疫方面相关措施。方法自行设计调查问卷，采取整群抽样的方法，2011年参加培训的武警部队基层卫生队卫生员140人进行问卷调查。结果基层部队卫生员对主要自然疫源性疾病卫勤防疫预案的知晓率情况分别是鼠疫37．1％、炭疽10．7％、出血热22．9％、狂犬病58．6％、Q热病6．4％、钩端螺旋体病20．7％、血吸虫33．6％。55．7％的单位未设有卫生防疫队，缺少防疫军医，37．1％的单位只有一名卫生防疫人员，90．0％的基层卫生队配备了喷雾器，其次是防疫服、检水检毒箱等，其所占调查卫生队的比例分别是65．7％和50．7％，但是采样器、防疫箱配备只有30．O％左右，对于检验车的配备甚至不到lO．0％。结论基层卫生员对自然疫源性疾病的防疫意识淡薄，不了解卫生防疫工作的重要性。建议基层加强基层防疫人员知识的培训，根据需要搞好卫生防疫装备管理，提高基层部队卫生防疫工作水平。Objective To understand the present situation of epidemic prevention on natural focus diseases of the primary units of the Chinese Armed Police Forces Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 140 primary health care team members who participated in a training by cluster sampling with a self-developed questionnaire. Results The awareness rates of the response plans related to the main natural focus diseases： rabies, plague, schistosomiasis, hemorrhagic fever, of, Q fever, leptospirosis, anthrax, and Q fever were 58.6%, 37.1%, 33.6%, 22.9% , 20.7%, 10.7%, and 6.4% respectively . Specific health and epidemic prevention teams failed to be established in 55.7% of the primary units. There were not enough military surgeons. 37.1% of the primary units were manned with only one medic. Sprayer, anti-epidemic suit, water and poison examination tank, were equipped to 90.0%, 65.7%, and 50.7% of the primary units. Only 30.0% of the units had samplers and epidemic prevention boxes. Less than 10.0% of the units had been equipped with test buses. Conclusion The epidemic awareness of natural focus diseases and relevant equipments lack in the primary units of the Chinese Armed Police Forces. Training and equipment management should be strengthened
