摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定壮骨止痛颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至6.5)(34∶66)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为室温。结果:延胡索乙素在0.005～0.025 mg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.5%(n=6),RSD为1.35%。结论:该方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,适用于壮骨止痛颗粒中延胡索乙素的含量测定。Objective： To determine tetrahydropalmatine content in Zhuanggu Zhitong granule by HPLC. Methods：Symmetry C18 column（150mm×3.9mm,1.5μm） was used. Aeetonitrile/0.1% phosphoric acid （ adjusted pH to 6.0 with triethylamine） （34/66） was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1,the detected wavelength was 280 ran, and the temperature of column was controlled at room temperature. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.005-0.025 mg.min-1 for tetrahydropalmatine （r=0.999 6）. The average recovery was 99.5%（n=6）,RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the coneentration of tetrahydropalmatine content in Zhuanggu Zhitong granule.
