摘　　要：通过对内吗啡肽修饰改造的研究,找到具有强效镇痛作用、抗酶解能力强且副作用低的新型镇痛药物模型,使内吗啡肽取代吗啡成为新型镇痛药物。综述了对内吗啡肽的构象研究及改造策略。By studying the modification of endomorphin,to search the novel analgesics which posses long duration of action,good metabolic stability and low side effects,to make endomorphin replace the morphine into a new analgesic drug.To summary the studies on the structure-activity relationships of endomorphin and transformation methods.
