摘 要:采用全新的绿色环保工艺制备环己烯:在温度为140℃、空速为0.8h-1的条件下,氯代环己烷在SrCl2/活性炭催化剂的作用下气相脱除氯化氢得到环己烯,氯代环己烷反应转化率为40%,环己烯选择性为98%左右,精馏后的环己烯含量可以达到98.5%,反应产生的氯化氢可以回用于甘油氯化生产二氯丙醇,几乎不产生三废,是真正的绿色环保工艺。To introduce a new green technology for preparing cyclohexene.The specific process was as follows that under the conditions with temperature of 140 ℃ and space velocity of 0.8 h-1,chlorocyclohexane by dehydrochlorination to get cyclohexene with SrCl2/activated carbon as catalyst in the gas phase.Chlorocyclohexane reaction conversion rate was 40%,about 98% selectivity to cyclohexene.After distillation,cyclohexene content could be up to 98.5%,hydrogen chloride generated by the reaction could be reused for the production of dichloropropanols with the method of glycerol chloride.This is a truly green technology without the three wastes.
