摘  要:以复合无机盐Fe2(SO4)3-K2SO4为催化剂,己二酸和正丁醇为原料,合成己二酸二丁酯,通过试验考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明:固定己二酸的用量为0.05mol,当酸醇物质的量比为1∶3.5、催化剂用量为1.25g、带水剂为10mL、反应温度为82~99℃、反应时间为1.5h时,酯化率可达94%以上。To the synthesize dibutyl adipate with adipic acid and n-butyl alcohol as reactants and compound inorganic salts Fe2(SO4)3·K2SO4 as catalyst.The influent factors of the reaction were investigated by experiment.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be molar ratio of n-butanol to adipic acid 1∶3.5 when acid was 0.05 mol,weight of catalyst was 1.25 g,the taking water reagent was 10 mL,reaction temperature was 82~99 ℃,reaction time was 1.5 h.The esterification yield was over 94%.
