摘  要:采用橡胶加工分析仪研究了添加不同用量和不同种类白炭黑的苯基硅橡胶在不同应变、不同温度下的动态力学性能。结果表明:在不同应变下,随着应变增加,苯基硅橡胶的弹性模量逐渐减小,损耗因子逐渐增大;在相同应变下,白炭黑用量越多,苯基硅橡胶的弹性模量和损耗因子越大。在不同温度下,白炭黑用量不同的苯基硅橡胶的弹性模量和损耗因子在70~170℃范围内变化不明显;随着白炭黑粒径的减小,苯基硅橡胶的弹性模量和损耗因子增大,细粒径白炭黑比粗粒径白炭黑的补强效果好。The rubber process analyzer studied the dynamic mechanical properties of the phenyl silicone rubber by adding different contents and different types of silica in the different strains and temperatures. Result shows that with increasing strains, the elastic modulus of phenyl silicone rubber gradually decreases, and the loss factor gradually increases; at the same strain, the more silica added, the greater elastic modulus and the loss factor of the phenyl silicone rubber. With different loading of silica, the elastic modulus and the loss fac- tor of the vulcanized phenyl silicone rubber in the range of 70 - 170℃ has little change; with the silica particle size increases, the elastic modulus and the loss factor of the phenyl silicone rubber increases, silica with fine particle size has greater reinforcing effect than that with coarse particle size.
