餐饮业废油脂金属盐处理剂制备与性能测试

摘　　要：基于餐饮业废油脂的可再生利用价值,采用液相合成法制备聚硅酸金属盐处理剂,精制废油脂。以0.4 mol.L-1的Na2SiO3与硫酸作用,控制pH值为1～2,200 rpm,反应生成硅酸,熟化1.5 h;按n(Si)∶n(Mg)∶n(Al)=1∶5∶0.5,200 rpm,反应生成聚硅酸金属盐,熟化5 h;105℃烘干产物,研成细粉;于115℃,6 g.L-1金属盐处理剂用量进行餐饮业废油脂精制处理,所得油品符合或超出GB 20828-2007-T要求。Abstract ： Based on restaurant industry waste availability, liquid phase synthesis method was used for preparing poly- silicate metals processing agent. The conditions were in 0. 4 mol/L NaESiO3, controlling pH value for the 1 - 2,200 rpm, reacting and ripening 1.5 h, n（Si） ： n（Mg） ： n（A1） = 1 ： 5 ： 0.5,200 rpm, ripening 5 h, and products were dried by 110℃ and grinded into fine powder. At 115 ℃ and with 6 g/L metal salt, the refined oil met or exceed GB 20828 -2007 - T standard.
