摘 要:对玉兰的化学成分及主要成分的提取分离、有效成分、药理作用的研究进展及开发利用概况进行了综述。对进一步的临床应用具有重要的指导意义。文章概述了玉兰的化学成分及药理功效的研究进展。通过查阅国内外最近几年的文献资料,从化学成分类型,药理作用方面综述其研究进展情况,分析表明玉兰植物主要含有挥发油、黄酮类、木脂素、脂肪酸、香豆素等多种药学成分;玉兰具有抗炎、抗过敏、降血压、抗氧化等作用。玉兰植物更有待进一步开发利用的药用价值。The development, utilization and research progress of the extraction and separation, the active ingredi- ents, and the pharmacological effects of the chemical compositions and the main components of the M agnolia were summa- rized, which was important for the guiding significance for the further clinical application. The research advance of the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of the Magnolia were outlined. Consulting domestic and abroad liter- atures about M agnolia published in recent years, the research progression of them in the chemical constituents and phar- macological effects aspects were summarized. The plants of M agnolia contained many chemical ingredients, such as vola- tile oil, flavonoids, lignans, fatty acid and eoumarin etc. , and possessed many pharmacological activities that were anti - inflammatory, anti - allergic, lowering blood pressure and anti - oxidant, etc. The plants of M agnolia had new medicinal values to be further exploited and utilized.
