摘 要:将细胞色素c固定在由纳米金和碳纳米管构成的纳米复合材料修饰的玻碳电极上,实现了与电极间的直接电子传递。修饰电极具有一对明显的氧化还原峰,在扫描速度为0.05 V/s时式电势E0'为(-16±2)mV(vs.Ag/AgCl)。电子传递速率常数ks为(1.2±0.1)s-1,电活性物质表面密度Γ为3.58×10-9mol.cm-2,动力学表观米氏常数Kampp为0.02μmol/L。该修饰电极可作为第三代生物传感器检测过氧化氢。Direct electrochemistry of cytochrome c was realized when it was immobilized on a nano complex modified glassy carbon electrode, and the nano complex was composed of nano gold particles and multi -walled carbon nano - tubes. The modified electrode showed a pair of well -defined redox peaks, with a formal potential E0' of( -16 ± 2)mV ( vs. Ag/AgC1) at a scan rate of 0.05 V/s. The heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant ( k0' ) was evaluated to be ( 1.2± 0. 1 ) s^-1. The surface concentration of electro - active cytochrome c on glassy carbon electrode (F) was 3.58 ×10^-9 mol·cm^-2 The apparent Michaelis - Menten constant ( Km/aqq ) was 0. 02μmol/L. The modified electrode can be used to detect the hydrogen peroxide, as a third generation hiosensor.
