摘 要:观察比较了曼氏无针乌贼对不同颜色、形状、软硬度和沉浮性人工配合饲料的摄食频率.结果表明:1)曼氏无针乌贼对褐色饲料的平均摄食频率最高(26.2次/h),显著高于对其他颜色饲料的平均摄食频率(P<0.05);对绿色饲料的平均摄食频率最低(5次/h),对不同颜色饲料的平均摄食频率从高到低的排列次序为:褐色>红色>黄色>紫色>原色>蓝色>绿色.2)对长条状的饲料平均摄食频率为25.5次/h,显著高于球状饲料的19.8次/h和片状饲料的9.3次/h(P<0.05).3)乌贼幼体更喜欢选择软颗粒饲料和沉性饲料,对软颗粒饲料的平均摄食频率(40.2次/h)显著高于硬颗粒饲料(23.7次/h)(P<0.05),对沉性饲料的平均摄食频率(20.7次/h)显著高于浮性饲料(8.8次/h)(P<0.05).由此可见,曼氏无针乌贼趋向选择褐色或红色、长条状、沉性的软颗粒饲料.This study was conducted to investigate the effect of physical properties of artificial diets, including colors, shapes, hardness and density on feeding The highest and lowest feeding frequency (26. 2 times/h) frequency of juvenile cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni. were observed in groups of cuttlefish fed with brown and green diets (5 times/h), respectively. It could be concluded that juvenile Sepiella maindroni tend to select feed with brown or red color, long-round shape and sinking moist pellet.
